Buying is Now 33.1% Cheaper Than Renting

The updated numbers actually show that the range is an average of 3.5% less expensive in San Jose (CA), all the way up to 50.1% less expensive in Baton Rouge (LA), and 33.1% nationwide!

Sold in Beechwood K-8 School Boundary.

This just sold in Fullerton, in Beechwood K-8 School (Rated a 10) boundary.  The sellers wanted to sell, so they could buy the new home, being built for them in Chino Hills.  And, because I was able to get my last sellers much more then anticipated.  I then was able to show them this listing, which had everything they wanted including the must have, "being in the Beechwood School Boundary".  Bringing the buyer and seller together was the obvious.  What makes this memorable, the sellers are selling their home to a young family who will truly love there home to raise there kids.
